yes hope2008, I agree with u on cer.Maybe from now we should discuss cer in the cer forum...

Anywayz we have a buyers market out there.My question is when will Private/Fund Managers/Institutional Investors realize that the current market represents a lot of buying opportunities and suggest buy and hold strategies to their clients.

Seems to me that people are worried 2 much about share price movements(That tells me they don't believe in the business) rather then the intrinsic value of a business i.e. (what the business is worth.)

This is just an example>>>

If a business has outperformed its own profit each year and managing to maintain its shares outstanding and not using buy back methods then what on earth has the dow jones,nasdaq,dax,ftsi,hang seng,cac and other related indexes have to do with the company; its irrelevant.So investors must think if the Dow Jones been so called popular index plunges by 500 points our market must follow.WHAT A LOAD OF NONSENSE!!!...Our economy is much different to the U.S .Yes agree we are slowing a bit;but goodness me we are nothing like the U.S and yet our market is probably the worst performing market in the world.Stop fearing and start believing that we are blessed to be living in such a generous country and yet our wealth is being destroyed by people's lack of faith being that of there subconscious mind telling them our markets are "saying sell so lets sell"...I only have respect for fund managers and Private Investors who have the "Balls" to tell people that there are opportunities out there for buy and hold strategies which benefit the longer term investor.Not to sell cause others are selling this is why the current market i refer to as the "L plates Market" L=Learner; where learners keep making mistakes i.e. by selling lower because "Harry" sold his big parcel of shares to buy a boat so therefore harry must know something because the price is dropping LOL!!!!

Lets get real....how much more does the market have to drop for people to say its undervalued!!! I'm not just talking about cer im talking about a lot of blue chips quality stocks out there. ...If companies downgrade by 5% on profit forecast why do investors aggressively sell i see this as absolutely childish like mentality!!! and then a couple days after the shares go up cause someone just received drill samples saying that the actual block grades are higher than the visual grade estimates "so in other words buy our shares cause we just discovered something big; but it will take 50 years to drill these deep holes so in the meantime will start the trial mining phaze" But buy our stock anywayz..as our management team will recieve bonuses if share prices are "Skyrocket"


I'm just trying to demonstrate that our market offers a lot of opportunities for people who wish to buy and hold for the longer term.For cer and cnp holders hang in there if u believe like i do...Your time will come..
