I agree with you, liner08. How do we assess the degree of sovereign risk?
Paul may well be an expert in mining, but I doubt that he lived in Bosnia from 1992-1995 when the ethnic hatreds led to massacres and the break down of the economy of all Bosnia.
Those ethnic hatreds are still there. God forbid that they should repeat themselves with massacres, but to say that ADT's operations are not in Republika Srpska, so all is right with ADT's world, is naive. ADT is operating in Bosnia, so there is some amount of local sovereign risk, even though it's impossible to quantify it.
With respect, Snorth89, these sentiments are not firing from the hip.
