If that happens you will not be posting rubbish on a message board you will be on the streets begging for food.
There is a correction going on in the US and its not as widespread as the report states but there are issues.
The same applies here but in Sydney in particular we have a housing shortage NOT a surplus which will insulate any major falls but there is a correction taking place and a healthy one.
An orderly market correction is what is required,and there is no evidence real or imagined of a sub prime crisis in Australia.
Tone down the fear mongering please it doesn't help anyone and or the debate.
