If you take the announcement by the letter it tells you something different. In the NASDAQ announcement is written:"The company has decided to delay CONSIDERATION of listing"

This does not mean that they will list Q1 2009 but they consider in Q1 what they will do with the NASDAQ listing.

So they have again an escape to delay it even more. It wouldn't surprise me if they will use this escape. It's all about how the financial markets reparing next few months.

For now we only can wait till AGM. Lets hope they announce a few nice PO's.
