If the Gov was serious about REAL competition in the banking sector they'd start up a "New" commonwealth bank .... that'd put the private bank's fee & penalty thieving antics under pressure & give the Gov a REAL voice in the market ..... not to mention the ability of the society as a whole (or is that hole ???) to reap the benefits of it's savings
