If not, enforcement of an agreement is a non issue and the 'agreement' might as well be a hand shake agreement, might it not?

Bit like a property contract without a deposit or penalty for default? Just a 'term'' or 'clause' to allow a party to pull out if the other party doesn't comply with the 'agreement' or 'defaults'

What is the disincentive for Onix to not meet their obligations? Say they found a 'better' alternative and stop ordering from MGC. What can mgc do other than terminate the agreement? Would they be compensated? Would Onix face any penalty? Don't think so.....
