Latest information is that you can get it more than once and that the first time is mild. If you get it again you can get it much worse as the body is appearing to form antibodies that fight against itself. From what I have read, you don't build immunity to this thing. Its definitely not like a flu. Some people in China have been sent home after recovering, only to be come back again with it worse and then die. Google around, you'll find the info. Apparently some say its acting like Dengue Fever which works in the same way. Bit scary if all this is true.
