Putin is forcing the US to shoulder some of the burden for production cut backs
POO at this level means shale is uneconomical and therefore unsustainable, this and the anti fracking lobby will have the desired effect of decreasing supply.
FAR are non producers but unfortunately that fact gets lost by the market.
