IMHO no bureaucratic board is going to fix the problem
You have to go to the basics and that is, the general public has NO say into what politicians do, politicians are running wild with the knowledge that they can never be held accountable for their actions
It's the system that we the people have allowed the politicians to totally corrupt to be a faint rendition of the Westminster System
Take a leaf out of the Swiss system with set referendums and a Recall Elections system, then politicians would be forced to act in accordance with the public and the country requirements
A quick read through the actions of our politicians over the last forty years will show enough evidence to send them all to jail, if they were in another country, or worked in the private sector.
