AS is instrumental in getting us to Nasdaq - if he gets us there, then everyone wins.
he has moved his family to a country which the world now hates - there has to be some motive, i suspect its not the $400k but the hundred million he intends to make in the coming years from TZL.
i propose you question his renumeration at the agm, by that time you will have more info.
less than two months and we should have a lot more info plus open access to management at AGM - concerning in the meantime but you cannot sit on the sidelines if you want a piece of the tzl pie.
