hey not offended. Isn’t this a busy time of the year for people who live off the land? Spring and autumn? I remember sometimes when I was in the shearing gang they’d sometimes bring in a sheep that had missed the musters and they were horrible to handle. I saw one locally a while ago that hadn’t been shorn and it was cruel. Daggy and sick looking. These days sheep need to be shorn if they’ve been bred for wool.

I didn’t know they drank less if they had been shorn. Why might that be?
