Personally, I think JAT’s business structures is way too complicated for any businesses that are interested in taking over, if they are interested in taking over that most likely will be the other 49% of Sunnya as this is the only main business that is currently getting market attention in China, also Sunnya has Goat Formula as well, so it makes sense to take the 49% rather than come in to clean up the messy GK. AMNA is newly purchased so I don’t think anyone wants that yet, GF just a wholesaler at the moment with very little to nothing margins.
don’t think anyone want to get Sunnya then needs to get with other three companies if taking over for JAT rather than straight for the kill of Sunnya. Sunnya has big product range to fit in Chinese market, with their products are building on good momentum so this is my pick.

Then Wilton and Mr Li owns so many JAT shares and how would they want to let it go in low price when they can get loads more by growing Neurio into a bigger player and turn JAT sp into like $1 range that will set them up nicely ?

My guess is that Wilton is working with Sunnya to apply SMRA for Goat IF, and Other products, it definitely takes time as we all seen that BUBs haven’t got theirs so does BAL. But have CCIC on our side to help apply SMRA is one way to go plus our existing connections that many of our business partners are somehow States run businesses. I think it will speed up the process. I wouldn’t be surprised if JAT has their SMRA before BUBs and BAL. Once that is done then contract with Kidswant and other pharmacies in China, $1 sp aren’t really a lot in this case as our mgmts and business partners are continuously working in building Neurio. When the SMRA granted with Neurio brand awareness is already up there and it is second A2M coming. Remember that A2M did run to $1.5-2 range for quite sometime and stuck there for a couple of years before took off again.
