Fortrend's sell down would have been a bean counting exersise under the constraints of the immediate climate that existed at the time. (fin crunch) and relevant to the draw down too.
Smitty is another 001 special.
But as I have stated earlier.
If sellers knew who bought a less than modest chunk very recently,,,,they would not have sold.
When I stated to munter and Geriatric man ''If they knew who was buyin' they would be spewin', I infered the opposite....they ,,as buyers would know too well who I refer to,,and would be confident buyers knowing as much.
They are tree rattlers for their own ( or their fund's) gain...directly and indirectly
