    This is a disaster. It appears from a quick reading of the document, that they are offering one CSM share plus 36 cents for every three TIR shares. On current CSM valuation this approximates to around 52 cents per share. THIS REALLY IS PATHETIC!!!!!

    Hopefully TIR shareholders will not allow this to happen....
