my understanding is a company MUST provide minutes to shareholders within 14 days of a request (or if the company chanrges for them within 14 days of receiving payment)- Corporations Act 2001 Section 251B.
Will see how I get on - I expect they will want to charge even though it costs nothing to email them - just to avoid the scrutiny.
