It is funny you mentioned that about the gas shows. I had the same thoughts. I was hunting back through old announcements looking for the depths that gas shows were found on Blamore and CBM930001.
To have gas shows as high as approx 300m, definitely sparked my attention!!!

Peak gas readings generally associated with coal in the Purni Formation have ranged up to 233 units. Preliminary estimates of coal thicknesses, (total of c.87m cumulative to date) depth and maximum Gas Readings are as follows:
