I think the ASX approval of the deal has been given otherwise they couldn't release ann. Only ASX issue o/s that I can see is the multi-commodity listing - currently we are only listed under energy

Only MKY shareholder approval needed, plus due diligence and the "competing applications" to be determined

Due diligence should not take too long (part of that would already be done with the independent valuation). All should all be completed well before the MKY AGM, which I'm guessing will be late November. MKY has to give written notice, print/send out proxy voting forms to s/holders, etc all before the AGM. I've emailed the share registry to see if they can give me a date - will advise.

It's FANTASTIC news - the tenements are in the right place - Weipa bauxite is a much higher grade than WA - I'm excited
