Anyone's guess now mate, if my memory serves me correctly, our last SPP was successful even though the SP fell below the asking price? Around the 3.7-4 cent range I think.
Timing is definitely unlucky and I think the team have found themselves in an unprecedented situation. Hopefully more holders jumped on board once hearing the news of the amended ONIX agreement and commencement of CogniCann trials (which has drawn a lot of interest).
In terms of the SPP, holders gain an extra 1 option share for every 2 normal shares they purchase (without having to pay brokerage). Needless to say, the current price is a lot more attractive than the SPP at this point.
The other worry now is LSE listing. I personally think it is a waste of time and money to pursue the listing at this point in time - unless there's a significant reversal in the market.
