Yes ? hence the company has to pay interest on after the 31st.
The C/notes are to be Escrow for 12 months, only voluntary though..

Missing a key point .
Yibin is a lithium hydroxide producer without a long-term spodumene supply .
Add also that it has a supply agreement with CATL so not your normal capital raising.
Have you worked out how much spodumene will be required for Yibin ???
