Mike, if mines close down thou, where will all the raw materials come from to build the infrastructure. I can't see workers moving from mining to infrastructure if materials such as steel are not there to build with. IMO, prices won't go north unless this bailout is passed which hopefully will stabilise the global market somewhat.
