Directors must be close to a deal because in that article they referred to a takeover by scheme of arrangement which with the support of the Directors 70% shareholding would go straight through which would be attractive to any buyer.
I figure the offer will be confirmed on Monday the 13th October, 2008 which is after the stock goes ex div on Friday the 10th October for 50 cents.
