The only reason or main one for telstra to buy kaz, is the increased potential of kaz generating profit. Part of the reason for the low share price has been the sentiment on tech stocks at the present time. So the 40c offer is low in my opinion and why telstra should offer more, if they can get it at this price with the suppoert of the kaz board?
40c is low and I will join the protesters to this offer, although as others commented, it may not make any difference.
