There are only two holders with that amount of shareholdings - QGC and ODN. I'd doubt very much thet QGC would offload their holdings in VPE for strategic reasons. The obvious one has to be ODN. They'd used up most of their cashpile (earmarked for exploration) in trying to buy up VPE. Now that they can't possibly win with QGC on board, they had to sell eventually to do their own exploration! Talk about selling at a cheap price in a terrible market.
