If you buy do you buy specs like FBR with no revenue limited cash in need of a raise or do you buy something at a 20 per cent discount to intrinsic value with a moat of ten twenty per cent ?

What prospects does FBR have in a world where global growth was heading for a crunch anyway the fake news will not cause that greed will as the markets had an 11 year bull run if you didn't clean up the last ten years you never will
