Pensador has let CVI fall and got $14million CASH in the process. Now they want to swap Pensador shares for Canzar (a subsiduary of Pensador after an "independent valuation" lol)

Placement cash has been pirated (at zero monetary loss imo)but nominee accounts are still loaded up though. They'll give it one more pump to offload. Then its all over imo. History repeats itself again.
