My opinion is that the CVI $$$ into Pensador were required for legals, consulting, escrow services, holding companies, purchasing of a US listing and everything else that goes with a big deal to go through.

It is an expensive process, and the $$$ have already been spent most likely. I had already written off the Pensador holding, so was happy that they will negotiate something (anything) out of the holding rather than being left with worthless stock in a non listed company (as opposed to nearly worthless stock in a listed company - LOL).
