What i am not understanding is,with stimulus and dropping interest rate lower,how is that going to help anything,... if one have the virus,cant spend any money coz they are sick,and if ppl are quarantined,they cant spend money either coz they confined to there houses... so what good is stimulate going to do?
Just my 2 cents worth,and only a thought
