In particular, Fortitude were subject to Pensador funding. No insurances (announced anyway) provided for CVI funds if funding not in place.

Placements where proceeds were to go to Fortitude (ie those AFTER 2 Fortitude directors joined CVI as non-execs). 2 most recent placements were last week and this week.

Now Pensador cancel the funding.

Perhaps valid in asking the ASIC to look further since they would have been well aware the funding was not to come prior to the previous placement. Remember it was Fortitude that was to get funding.
