Well good to know that Duterte cannot run again in 2022....unless he manages to change the Constitution. and an interesting list of potential contenders and possible backers.
So I wonder what influence an election two years away might have on what Duterte decides to do about mining issues. I wonder how things are proceeding today in light of the earlier news about the move to get diesel supplies in to Didipio.?
