IMO, the most likely possibility is that NEU, in spite of its potential, is going to get screwed whether they do a deal or raise funds through another avenue. The reason being is that there is not a bunch of viable suitors beating down the door in an attempt to get in - one, or perhaps two, at the most. Argue against that if you like but the SP mirrors that story, virus and/or economic woes or not. No Cinderella story here in the short term.
