I have been saying Pensador was dead, here and to Smyth, he has been saying they are already funding things, rubbish.

I said it was best to dump Pensador, cause I belive they were holding the stock back, to get more in this reverse takeover.
So they are finished, why the over reaction.

or is it Pensador/Global dumping the last of their holdings.

I imagine nose out of joint still over the refinery funding.
come to think of it, hasn't the sell off coincided with ann on refinery funding.

If Smyth is now truthful, it maybe a good move, keep the copper, it's what I was afraid of, losing them assets to Pensador.

It may tke a while but Pensaodor wasted too much time, too much stalling to try and bring CVI sp to it's knees.

Refinery will create huge amount of dilution, but if they pump in $150 Mill US then it wont fall over in a hurry.
Don't forget, $10 per barrel profit, times 50,000 per day???
    work it out

If no refinery, then they still have the assets, and they are worth many times current sp.

Smyth has lost all credibility though, and should be thrown out, and put to the ASIC sword as well for misleading, and telling lies, which many of us have proof.

If he has these assets then CVI should be alright, better if someone else was running it.

Buying Fortitude shares, still at $1.39?? even though markets have fallen and copper too, that should be looked at as well.
