By the looks of that they're going to have to also drop Interest Rates so Governments and people can afford to Borrow in some situations !
We should all blame Greenspan for the Mess because of the way he Increased Interest Rates to help his Banking Friends to profiteer for a while until the last Twelve months of so.
Bin Larden would be laughing his head off at all of this mess. This all might be One way of getting rid of him .
