From the report - 'independant experts to provide advice in relation to those strategies/proposals.'. For me this is a most curious statement; the most common time a company needs independant advice is when it is trying to establish a fair market price for something it is selling, such as a share in the company, an inground resource, or the company as a whole. Interesting.
