Would hope for this to be sorted early next year for the JV, it has to really.
Bear market or not, Oil is past peak, Toyota, Honda etc.. must have REE to accomplish their Hybrid goals for 2010 forward. They key is to get a smaller amount of cash soon to see us through the DFS as committments have been made. Can't see a rights issue as it would not likely succede. Perhaps some seed money from a potential JV partner or a white knight...
