Im taking it like you with the surface readings. I'm not going to make a judgement without seeing some decent drill results, be it good or bad, but looking at the other companies in the area, im quietly confident about RSL.

I think management are doing the best thing at the moment by not re-listing as the shares would get dumped, but i am a bit suspicious about management as well especially after saying one thing and doing another.

I dont think they will look at IO and AU as that requires money and atm they are struggling to get enough money to re-list.

RSL's main concern has to be U and maybe if they can have a look at REE too, as that is where there money should be spent atm, with the limited resources they have even after re-listing.

A couple of ann's would be nice, besides the issues with re-listing, about how they are progressing in Malawi to put some comfort in holders and stop a wave of selling on re-list.

RSL can re-list within 3 months if they get their money Macau.

Just a question to all, the latest ann, and specifically paragraph 4. Im not too sure if i am misreading it but this is how i read it.

The first sentence states they want to extend the offer so that they can meet the min subscription so they can close the offer. In the next sentence thay state RRR has agreed to increase thyeir share to 1.5m (the min subscription)

So that means that RSL has met the min of 1.5m? As the way I read it they have, however they are not re-listing, I assume, as to try and get more money into the offer?

Am I reading it wrong?

Looking at the previous ann's thay are looking to raise 2m.

So RRR has confirmed 1.5m, not up to 1.5m, as per last ann, but I guess the general offer is not going to well to get the other 500k.

Even though I don't want to give Ian a call due to the information he told me last time, I am going to give him a call next week and ask him about all of this.

This sounds a bid dodgy to me, unless I am wrong.

Feel free to comment on the above people, be it if I am wrong or right, since I only looked at the last few ann's.
