The argument is not about travel bans or the coronavirus. The argument is about wether short selling should be allowed in the markets and if it has benefits that outweigh the many strong and rational arguments that it should not. If you want to be specific please tell me how an average punter like me is benified by the actions of a short seller. The argument that it adds liquidity to the markets is just fairy floss
