found out today. its march next year for the reschedule. unfortunate circumstances due a key player falling ill last week. the court has a full book and they need a free 10 days to run the trial I guess.
its unfortunate if folks have topped themselves over all this. I do feel sorry for them and their families. I suggest we should not dwell on the fallen. There are still battles to be fought in the courts, so we must focus on the outcome, being winning, which we will at the end of the day IMO.
IMO, there has been a raft of damning evidence uncovered by beconwood, and more to come through further discovery before march next year. The battlefield may change also if the current judge retires before then, which has been suggested on this forum previously. Its all good, good, and good IMO.
Mediation...forget it...commercial litigation is the only language banks understand. If you believe ASIC and/or FH are going to sort this, you have been watching too many movies. This is the real world.
