Look guys, its time to get off the fence and join one of the litigation groups. I have no doubt FH will try for another extension. Vote against it IMO. This thing needs to go into liquidation. The liquidator has extraordinary powers to publically examine the bank and its officers, and to get the preferences overturned.
In parallel with the liquidation, commercial litigation by the various groups will accelerate. Discovery will accelerate. To date, the discovery has been on the surface only, but there is enough already to sink the banks case IMO.
