We get the preference money regardless, from a liquidation, as the thing was insolvent when the preferences were signed off according to ASIC. So how is mediation adding value?
Liquidation adds value big time as the liquidator can also assist with commercial litigation process as liquidator can publically examine all bank records and officers. That is more E for evidence to sink the banks case. Have enough already from what I am hearing but would be nice to see the whites of their eyes before....
