Clearvue's registered address is at address of one of the director's. How often are staff there? Who are staff?
IP registration is performed by company of one of the directors. Where is the independent supervision?
All the extra subsidiaries, who are the directors? If they are for purpose of making sales, prove they have a commercially viable product.
Even at $0.05 CPV shares are over-priced.
