I asked Kenny about the renumeration figures and this was his response

"To the remuneration question - The significant private investment capital that was raised for various projects this last fiscal year was accomplished by two key management individuals. It was done to keep the company in a cash positive position and to facilitate the drilling of the initial 18 wells at Park City. No brokers or other fee related entities were involved. A significant part of the remuneration listed in the annual report is directly related to a bonus issued to management that was tied directly to acquiring that capital."
