They are in the same boat as us ...monitoring the situation
They hold the view this will "break" suddenly in the clients favour ...but are equally unable to predict timing as rest of us
Maybe we all are just waiting for a judicial determination and an adverse finding against ANZ
If this ends up taking a whole year ie March 07 to March 08 ..it is further inequity upon inequity
They view the great unknown ...as ASIC
