BUT here is the part that will require you to think
The factors the IMF based their outlook on back in April have not change and in some case have gotten worse
The IMF have now come out with a different outlook
with no reference to these previously mentioned factors that still exist or have gotten worse
or
substantiated in any way there dramatic turn around in views in such a short period of time
Maybe they now consider they got things wrong back in April and what they considered important factors are now not that important
That is fine providing out looks is not an exact science
BUT
they need to substantiate their view NOW agiast what their view WAS a few months ago otherwise what they are now stating is nothing more than a one line meaningless piece of garbage
