Must be time to give the project away in an earn in to 90% for no money down?
You know the sort of deal: I have this industrial property I have owned for 20 years and spent $50m on, but I am tired of it, so I will sign 90% of the asset over to anyone prepared to give it a new coat of paint and rake the flower beds.
