As the former CEO had a 3-year contract from Jan08 at $380k/year and 5m options at various prices by Dec 2010 there must have been a very good reason for his departure. I assume his 'resignation' rather than dismissal will allow the company to avoid paying him off for the full term of his contract.
Must admit that ALD do seem to have 'lost' a large number of senior staff in the last 9 months - is it poor judgement over recruitment or difficulties dealing with MC?
