I'm 52 for the record. Tuff as shat! Look after my health & train regularly even though I'm busy with my own Business I handle 24/7. Amn RN for over 12 years. Never take the BS Flu shot (what a rort) never take Antibiotics (BS, especailly the infamous triple IV Antis'the hospitals love to shell out so your immune system is beaten to a pulp) & have survived through every respiratory disease thrown @ me by taking both Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil & large amounts of Raw purple (Australian) Garlic! Lots of it if you are infected. Mainly the Garlic to fight chest infections. If you persevere. You will win! Karlos, tell me of your medical knowledge. Love to hear it....
