CNP can't afford to lose senior staff at this time. Many staff must be working under a great deal of pressure. Other LPT entities would also see the opportunity to poach key personnel into jobs with less pressure & potentially more opportunity career wise. CNP would have many key staff of great value to other LPT.
Obviously CNP rated Ross Johnston highly to make this announcement to the market. We can all guess why Mr.Johnston resigned but just remember he was head of strategy Implementation, a very important position at the curent time.
