Mini-bounce IMO based on the US futures going green, let's see how they handle Friday. They haven't liked Friday's of late.
On the point of the repo market. Without the $650 billion intervention overnight rates would be at nose bleed levels or worse still liquidity in the repo market could have completely dried up which is exactly the same situation which occurred last time around. That effectively means that the banking system stops working. If investors are willing to be complacent about a broken banking system that needs debt creation just to satisfy its very short term needs then they deserve everything they are getting. The banksters are mortgaging all of our futures just to keep the system they have broken working. Yes, let's cheer on more money printing, fantastically stupid IMO, but that's what half dying bulls and speculators will do until the very end. If I was in your position I'd take the trade if its still there on Monday, timing those mini-bounces is a game for people with not much to lose IMO.Esh
