Here's a tip:
Use the satellite feature of Google Maps you can compare the two airports and surrounds: Sydney Airport is surrounded on all sides by some congested real estate, while AIA is in the middle of a lot of moose pasture that can be developed over time.
Don't get me wrong: I don't love AIA and hate SYD: it's just that AIA has a longer growth runway (sorry.... I forced it in there)
