I forgot SOL owned that much I thought it was closer to 50%. I am sure at these prices they can purchase shares even if they have to pay a premium say up to $1.50 it will increase EPS immediately and put a floor under the share price through 10% would be tough and increase SOL ownership (and perhaps help them if they want to launch a takeover). I believe that NHC will be a good investment over the next few years however with an average price $2.10 and I am sure there are others in a similar position a share price floor would be appreciated as would a reduction in shares benefiting us all
